Please refer to the Registration Form ( Registration Form for Foreign Participants.docx), fill in and send back to Conference Secretariat by e-mail: aicfm17@ujs.edu.cn.

Each participant should submit one form (including AFMC members).

Please ask for invitation letter ASAP to allow enough time for Chinese visa, without considering the paper acceptance notice.

(May be several weeks are required for the visa)
